of the Youth Disciples CORE Team

The mission of the Sacred Heart Youth Disciples CORE team is to work with parents, youth and the parish community to lead youth to Christ. By helping young people become aware of God’s love for them through our teaching, support and example we will enable them to live, witness and integrate the Catholic Faith into their everyday lives as they become spiritually mature adults.
